Founding Access & Early Access Terms
GATHWAY
Effective Date: August 9, 2026
1. PURPOSE
GATHWAY Founding Access is an early-access program established for individuals who create a GATHWAY account before the official launch of the GATHWAY mobile application.
The purpose of Founding Access is to allow early members to:
become part of the GATHWAY community before launch;
experience selected GATHWAY features;
provide feedback about the GATHWAY experience;
participate in product development and testing;
prepare for the launch of the GATHWAY mobile application; and
receive the Founding Access benefits described in these Terms.
Founding Access is intended to recognize and reward members who join GATHWAY during its early development and pre-launch period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Founding Access may be available to individuals who:
1. create a valid GATHWAY account during the designated pre-launch period;
2. provide accurate account information;
3. complete the applicable registration process;
4. agree to the GATHWAY Terms of Service and Privacy Policy;
5. comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines; and
6. satisfy any additional eligibility requirements communicated by GATHWAY.
GATHWAY may determine when the Founding Access registration period begins and ends.
Creating an account does not automatically guarantee eligibility where a user does not satisfy the applicable requirements.
3. GATHWAY ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT
Founding Access is associated with the user's GATHWAY account.
GATHWAY is designed around a unified account identity intended to allow users to access GATHWAY through its website and, when available, its mobile applications.
A qualifying Founding Access member should therefore use the same GATHWAY account when accessing the GATHWAY mobile application.
Users should not create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional Founding Access benefits.
GATHWAY may restrict, merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate or abusive accounts where reasonably necessary.
4. FOUNDING ACCESS STATUS
An eligible user may have a FOUNDING ACCESS designation associated with their GATHWAY account.
The designation may be displayed within the user's GATHWAY profile or account dashboard.
Founding Access status is determined by GATHWAY's account and membership systems.
Users may not manually assign, sell, transfer, or falsely represent Founding Access status.
Founding Access status is personal to the eligible account unless GATHWAY expressly provides otherwise.
5. PRE-LAUNCH ACCESS
Before the official mobile application launch, Founding Access members may receive access to portions of the GATHWAY web experience.
Depending on the stage of development, this may include:
member profiles;
the GATHWAY community;
posts;
comments;
reactions;
feedback tools;
GATHWAY announcements;
product previews;
selected GATHWAY features;
testing opportunities; and
other functionality made available by GATHWAY.
Not every GATHWAY feature will necessarily be available during Early Access.
Features may be incomplete, modified, temporarily unavailable, replaced, or removed as GATHWAY continues development.
6. MOBILE APPLICATION LAUNCH
When the GATHWAY mobile application becomes officially available, eligible Founding Access members may be invited or permitted to download the application through the applicable official application marketplace.
GATHWAY expects the mobile application to support the same GATHWAY account identity used by the website.
A Founding Access member should therefore be able to sign in using their existing GATHWAY account rather than creating a separate GATHWAY account.
Availability of the mobile application may depend on:
platform availability;
application-store approval;
geographic availability;
technical readiness;
device compatibility; and
other circumstances outside GATHWAY's reasonable control.
7. FOUNDING ACCESS BENEFIT
Subject to these Terms, an eligible Founding Access member may receive one (1) month of full-feature GATHWAY access following the official launch of the GATHWAY mobile application.
The purpose of this benefit is to allow early members to experience the broader GATHWAY product before standard monetization begins.
Unless GATHWAY expressly states otherwise, the one-month period is a promotional Early Access benefit and is not permanent free access.
8. WHEN THE ONE-MONTH PERIOD BEGINS
GATHWAY will establish the official start date of the Founding Access full-feature period.
Unless otherwise communicated by GATHWAY, the one-month period is intended to begin when the GATHWAY mobile application officially launches and the Founding Access program is activated for eligible members.
GATHWAY may provide members with additional instructions regarding activation.
The exact activation mechanism may depend on the technical implementation of the mobile application and account system.
9. FULL-FEATURE ACCESS
During the applicable Founding Access period, eligible members may receive access to features that would otherwise be available through paid GATHWAY membership tiers.
The specific features included may change as GATHWAY develops.
Full-feature access does not guarantee:
access to every feature ever developed by GATHWAY;
access to features that are unavailable or under development;
uninterrupted availability;
access to third-party services;
access to features restricted for legal, technical, security, or other legitimate reasons.
10. NO PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR FOUNDING ACCESS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, qualifying Founding Access members will not be required to purchase a paid subscription solely to receive the one-month Founding Access benefit.
GATHWAY will not represent Founding Access as a paid subscription.
11. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE ONE-MONTH PERIOD
At the end of the applicable Founding Access period, the member's full-feature Founding Access benefit will expire unless GATHWAY expressly extends it.
The member may then:
continue using an available free GATHWAY plan, if offered;
choose a paid GATHWAY membership plan;
use another membership option offered by GATHWAY; or
discontinue using GATHWAY.
GATHWAY will provide applicable pricing and subscription information before charging a user for a paid plan.
Founding Access does not automatically enroll a member into a paid subscription unless the member separately agrees to a paid subscription under the applicable purchase terms.
12. NO AUTOMATIC CHARGE
Receiving Founding Access does not authorize GATHWAY to automatically charge a member after the Founding Access period ends.
If the member wishes to continue using a paid membership, the member must complete the applicable subscription or purchase process.
Any subsequent paid subscription will be governed by the GATHWAY Refund & Subscription Policy and the applicable purchase terms.
13. EARLY ACCESS AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
GATHWAY is an evolving product.
During Early Access, GATHWAY may:
introduce new features;
modify existing features;
remove features;
change interfaces;
change workflows;
improve performance;
conduct testing;
modify community functionality;
modify AI functionality;
change membership structures;
correct defects;
discontinue experimental features.
Participation in Early Access does not create a contractual promise that any particular feature will remain available.

GATHWAY welcomes feedback from Founding Access members.
Members may submit:
Feature Requests;
Bug Reports;
App Experience feedback;
General Feedback;
positive feedback;
improvement suggestions;
usability feedback;
community feedback.

Submission of feedback does not guarantee:
implementation;
compensation;
attribution;
a particular development timeline.
Any intellectual-property rights associated with feedback will be handled according to the GATHWAY Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
15. FOUNDING COMMUNITY
Founding Access members may participate in the GATHWAY community.
Community participation is governed by:
GATHWAY Terms of Service;
GATHWAY Community Guidelines;
GATHWAY Acceptable Use Policy;
GATHWAY Privacy Policy; and
other applicable GATHWAY policies.
Founding Access status does not provide special permission to violate community rules.
GATHWAY may moderate community activity where reasonably necessary to protect the community and the platform.
16. EARLY ACCESS TESTING
GATHWAY may invite Founding Access members to test particular features before general availability.
Testing may involve:
experimental features;
beta features;
prototype functionality;
performance testing;
usability testing;
feedback requests.
Where a feature is identified as experimental, beta, or otherwise subject to special testing conditions, additional terms may apply.
Members should report material bugs, security issues, or harmful behavior through the appropriate GATHWAY channels rather than attempting to exploit vulnerabilities.
Security issues should be reported to:
17. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Founding Access members are responsible for maintaining the security of their GATHWAY account.
Members must not:
share passwords;
share authentication codes;
allow unauthorized persons to use their account;
create duplicate accounts to obtain additional benefits;
attempt to manipulate Founding Access status;
circumvent access restrictions.
GATHWAY may take appropriate action where account abuse or security concerns are identified.
18. TRANSFER OF FOUNDING ACCESS
Founding Access is generally personal to the eligible GATHWAY account.
Unless expressly authorized by GATHWAY:
Founding Access cannot be sold;
Founding Access cannot be transferred;
Founding Access cannot be exchanged for money;
Founding Access cannot be assigned to another account.
GATHWAY may refuse to recognize a transferred or manipulated Founding Access designation.
19. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
GATHWAY may suspend or terminate Founding Access benefits where:
the user violates these Terms;
the user violates the Terms of Service;
the user violates the Acceptable Use Policy;
the user engages in fraudulent conduct;
the account is compromised;
the user attempts to manipulate the Founding Access program;
the user's account is terminated;
suspension is necessary for security or legal reasons.
Termination of Founding Access does not necessarily terminate the user's GATHWAY account unless the circumstances justify account termination.
20. ACCOUNT DELETION
A member may delete their GATHWAY account in accordance with the GATHWAY account-deletion process.
If an account is deleted before the Founding Access benefit is used, the user may lose eligibility associated with that account.
GATHWAY will handle information associated with deleted accounts according to its:
and applicable law.
21. PRIVACY
Participation in Founding Access involves the creation and use of a GATHWAY account.
Personal information associated with the program will be handled according to the:
GATHWAY Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy explains information collection, use, disclosure, security, retention, deletion, and applicable user rights.
22. NO GUARANTEE OF UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS
Founding Access does not guarantee uninterrupted access to GATHWAY.
The Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:
maintenance;
upgrades;
security incidents;
technical failures;
infrastructure problems;
third-party service interruptions;
application-store issues;
circumstances beyond GATHWAY's reasonable control.
23. NO GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT OUTCOMES
Founding Access and use of GATHWAY do not guarantee:
employment;
job interviews;
job offers;
promotions;
professional licensing;
educational admission;
immigration outcomes;
salary increases;
business opportunities;
any other particular professional outcome.
GATHWAY's Disclaimer and Terms of Service continue to apply.
24. NO GUARANTEE OF PERMANENT BENEFITS
Founding Access is an early-access promotional program.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by GATHWAY, participation does not create a right to:
permanent free access;
lifetime premium access;
permanent Founding Access pricing;
permanent access to experimental features;
permanent access to every future GATHWAY feature.
The specific Founding Access benefit described in Section 7 is the applicable benefit unless GATHWAY expressly provides otherwise.
25. CHANGES TO THE FOUNDING ACCESS PROGRAM
GATHWAY may modify the Founding Access program where reasonably necessary because of:
technical requirements;
legal requirements;
security;
platform changes;
application-store requirements;
product development;
operational circumstances.
Where a material change affects an already-promised benefit, GATHWAY will seek to communicate the change appropriately.
GATHWAY will not intentionally misrepresent the benefits of Founding Access.
26. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER GATHWAY POLICIES
These Terms operate together with the GATHWAY legal and policy suite, including:
AI Transparency & Responsible Use Policy;
Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy;
Data Processing Agreement, where applicable;
Support & Service Level Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Founding Access Terms and another GATHWAY policy specifically concerning the Founding Access benefit, these Founding Access Terms will govern that specific Founding Access issue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
