Users may not use GATHWAY branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.
4. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including:
Resumes
Cover letters
Certificates
Diplomas
Portfolios
Career plans
Notes
Uploaded documents
Images
Other original content
Uploading content to GATHWAY does not transfer ownership to GATHWAY.
5. License Granted to GATHWAY
By uploading content, users grant GATHWAY a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Store content.
Process content.
Display content to the user and authorized recipients.
Create technical copies necessary to provide the Services.
Perform automated processing needed for platform functionality (such as indexing, search, AI-assisted features, backups, and synchronization).
This license exists solely to operate and improve the Services and ends when the content is deleted, subject to backup retention and legal obligations described in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
6. AI-Generated Content
GATHWAY AI may assist users in creating professional content.
Users remain responsible for:
Reviewing AI-generated content.
Ensuring accuracy.
Confirming originality where appropriate.
Complying with applicable intellectual property laws.
GATHWAY does not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or free from third-party rights.
7. Respect for Third-Party Rights
Users must not upload or share content that:
Infringes copyright.
Violates trademarks.
Misappropriates trade secrets.
Infringes patents.
Violates another person's intellectual property rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any content they upload.
8. Copyright Infringement Reports
If you believe material on GATHWAY infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice containing:

The location of the allegedly infringing material.
A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is unauthorized.

Some components used by GATHWAY may be distributed under open source licenses.
Where applicable:

Required attributions will be maintained.
Open source components remain subject to their respective license terms.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or ideas regarding GATHWAY, you agree that GATHWAY may use that feedback to improve its products and services without any obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This does not transfer ownership of your underlying intellectual property beyond the feedback you choose to provide.
13. Enforcement
GATHWAY may investigate suspected intellectual property violations and may:

Suspend accounts.
Terminate accounts.
Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required.
